The insurance for the shipment up to 500,- euro is included.
For each further 500,- euro value we charge an insurance fee:
to Germany 5,- Euro
to EU countries, Switzerland and Norway 10,- Euro
out of EU countries 20,- Euro.
The insurance only includes the risk of loss and breaking. The risk of leaking is not included. The risk that the content becomes cloudy during the transport is not included. There is a direct relationship between a low filling level of a whiskybottle and the leaking risk during transport.

We don't ship to Finland, Canada, Greenland, Russia, Ukraine, Vietnam and Turkey.


* U.S.A. We send the goods via CID Connoisseur International Distribution Limited UK to the USA. All US taxes and duties are included in the shipping fees. Up to 3 month delivery time, the tracking email can take up to 4 weeks.
We can not send to these States: Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire,North Dakota, South Dakota, Puerto Rico, Utah, West Virginia


** Taiwan: Only DHL Express possible (2-4 days delivery time).
For more than 5L content we send and charge two or more parcels <= 5L each.

** China (Invoice amount only until € 130.-), South Korea, Malaysia: For more than one bottle content we send and charge two or more parcels including one bottle each.

** Australia, Singapore, Hongkong: Only DHL Express possible (2-4 days delivery time).

** For all these countries: Argentina, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Chile, Guatemala, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Panama, Peru, Philippines, South Afrika, South Korea, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago: Only DHL Express possible (2-4 days delivery time).

** For these countries: Norway, Liechtenstein & Monaco: Only DHL Express possible (2-4 days delivery time).


Attention: For invoices over 1000 euros, the export must be approved  by customs and we will receive an export accompanying document. This process delays shipping depending on customs clearance. Usually 2-3 days.

Shipping and packaging cost for each bottle with more than 1,4 liter contents is equal to two normal bottles.
Shipping and packaging cost for each bottle with more than 2,4 liter contents is equal to three normal bottles.
Shipping and packaging cost for each bottle with more than 3,4 liter contents is equal to four normal bottles.
