  3. We put the items in the Auction 
     (Possibility to follow your items in 'My Postings')

  4. Worldwide we send the items to the winner and we collect the amount

  5. Payment of the result to you, fees see below

3.) QQB - Quality and Quantity Bonus:

The Auctioneer decides which posted items comes in which auction. 
QQB Bonus = Value factor * Normal auction result / 3000
The QQB in each auction is based on these limits: 
QQB is calculated without Miniatures and Whiskysoires. 
Items in one auction: from 10 to 1000 Items. 
Average Item Price: from 60€/item to 250€/item. 
Value Factor: from 0 to 154. 

Latest Arrival Dates 2010 / 2011

The Whiskies come in the next auction 
if they arrive at the date mentioned.

• The auctioneer takes the percentage of fees per item from the
  hammerprice as shown in the calculation table and graphic above.

• If you as the customer want to give bottles in the auction, 
  please send us a overview picture of your bottles or use the 
  following form.

• Order safety box(es) for 6, 12 or 16 bottles to ship your bottles to WhiskyAuction.Com (inside Europe only), see below.

• Each posting query will be aswerd shortly by email. In case of no bids for a item only return sending cost will be charged.

• Pick-up Service in whole Germany on request
  Collections of at least 200 bottles malt whisky we collect for free from whole Germany. Please ask with list or pictures per email.

Our service for auction posters

• You send the bottles to Rendsburg, Germany. All the rest we handle for you.

• Your entries are confirmed after some days with the bottle description by email. Entries on pallets will be confirmed per email at once.

• We take the pictures. At least two pictures are taken in high quality.

• We perform the logistic (composition of deliveries and shipment within 2-8 days after the end of auction).

• Collection of auction amounts and following outpayment to the poster.

• 'My Postings' lists all your current posting information’s.

   

Please note that Items with the original box or packaging usually get higher bids than without.

• malt scotch bottles bottled before 1945

• lead crystal decanters

• Sestante original label bottlings 

• Rebottled Whiskies (e.g. Macallan 1947, 15 years old, rebottled 2008) 

• Black Bowmore, First Edition bottled 1993, resealed with new capsule by Bowmore Distillery: Is accepted only with original Bowmore written confirmation for the authenticity of the original content.

• Silver Seal, Gambi, De Vreng bottlings

• normal blends with 0,7 l

• bottles over 3 liter content

• bottles with lower filling level as neck

• not sealed bottles like Arran first bottling

• Karuizawa 1995 b.2008 12 years old Cask no.5004 one of 186 Bottles Japanese Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky Noh Whisky Shrunken head Alc/vol 63.0%, 700ml

• miniature blended scotches

• bottles, which have been leaking once

• wax sealed bottles

Exceptions:

• miniature blended scotches, when older as 12 years, 
  boxed, cork, tin cap or pull cap.

Specials:

• Christmas-Whiskies are only accepted for 
  auctions from October to January
